360-degree Aurora Season in Fairbanks, Alaska

Spanning all four seasons and 9 months of the 12 months Aurora Season runs from August 21 to April 21. Fairbanks’ location is nice for northern lights viewing because of it is beneath the “Auroral Oval,” a ring-shaped zone over the far north the place aurora train is concentrated. Furthermore, Fairbanks’ low precipitation and distance from coastal areas contribute to persistently clear nights. All blended these variables make the Fairbanks space a wonderful trip spot for potential aurora borealis viewing.
